MAIN DUTIES:


  • Ensure all guests and patrons are warmly greeted upon entering and departing the hotel
  • Checkin/checkout hotel guest efficiently while extending the highest level of hospitality
  • Communicate and appropriately action all complaints/queries, while also informing the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager when applicable
  • Ensure integrity of billing and cash handling
  • Maintain the correct confidentiality of hotel guest information and records.
  • Cover reservations when required
  • Carry out a daily in house guest reservation and correspondence audit
  • Maintain high level of communication between Front Office and all other departments
