- Ensure all guests and patrons are warmly greeted upon entering and departing the hotel
- Checkin/checkout hotel guest efficiently while extending the highest level of hospitality
- Communicate and appropriately action all complaints/queries, while also informing the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager when applicable
- Ensure integrity of billing and cash handling
- Maintain the correct confidentiality of hotel guest information and records.
- Cover reservations when required
- Carry out a daily in house guest reservation and correspondence audit
- Maintain high level of communication between Front Office and all other departments
