- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the customer database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and other issues.
