Description

Under the direction of a Customer Service Supervisor, the Call Center CSR is the primary customer interface for the EZPass MD and Pay-By-Plate MD program in accordance with TransCore and MDTA standards of performance.


  • Provide exceptional customer service and handling of all customer issues.
  • Perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, recertification, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests.
  • Process special accounts including Resident, Carpool, Surety, Taxi, as well as Private, Commercial and Pay-ByPlate accounts.
  • Contact customers for additional account information.
  • Meet MDTA standards and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as directed by TransCore management and supervisory staff.

Job Types:

Pay:
$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
