Csr- Call Center Representative - Middle River, United States - E-ZPass MD/TransCore
Description
Under the direction of a Customer Service Supervisor, the Call Center CSR is the primary customer interface for the EZPass MD and Pay-By-Plate MD program in accordance with TransCore and MDTA standards of performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handling of all customer issues.
- Perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, recertification, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests.
- Process special accounts including Resident, Carpool, Surety, Taxi, as well as Private, Commercial and Pay-ByPlate accounts.
- Contact customers for additional account information.
- Meet MDTA standards and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as directed by TransCore management and supervisory staff.
