Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, or issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
- Have at least 2 years' professional experience in Customer Service/ Call Center environment.
- Must be able to handle all outbound and inbound calls for the Call Center.
- Must be fluent in English, read, write and converse in English.
- Must have both oral and written communication skills.
- Must have experience answering the phone proficiently and professionally.
- Must be able to respond to client's inquiries.
- Must be able to follow up on customer calls.
- Must be able to identify and escalate priority issues.
- Must have Microsoft and Adobe experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check/ government clearance.
- Must have maximum experience in a highvolume call center environment.
- Must have a high school diploma or higher.
- Must have mínimal experience in skip trace.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer situations to determine the best course of action and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer situations and provide effective solutions
from 8:30 - 5:00 PM EST except for Federal holidays.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

$ $22.89 per hour
