BrightKey is currently looking to grow their customer service team at their Annapolis Junction, MD location (near Columbia/Jessup MD). We are looking for Call Center Professionals with at least one year or experience in professional customer service, preferably in a call center environment. In this the
Customer Service Professional
role, _you will contribute to our company's success and your career growth_**
Schedule, Benefits, & Compensation:
  • On-Site, First shift, Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week

  • Pay is $19.00 per hour

Requested Experience:


  • Experience in a professional call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to interact and communicate in a positive and upbeat manner
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Core Responsibilities:


  • Handling inbound calls from customers to address their needs, questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or problems and offer assistance to reach a positive conclusion to the customer interaction.
  • Provide accurate documentation by utilizing systems and software to record the customer interactions.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least on year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficient in computer programs including Word and Excel
