Job Description:
Work on an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
1) Modify, maintain and validate business related configurations (such as catalog, ordering, billing, notifications, tax, payments, accounting, finance) to satisfy business requirements.
3) Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks and easy maintenance of our services.
4) Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues. Able to deliver software independently when needed.
5) Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
6) Build monitoring metrics dashboard, and report System health and Support status metrics.
Basic qualifications
" 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
" Experience scripting in modern program languages
" Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Preferred qualifications
" Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
" Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
" Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
" Working knowledge of AWS products and technologies (EC2, S3, Lambda, Docker, etc.)
