RION Equipment is looking for a Sales Manager to represent and develop the designated Logisnext (CAT, Mitsubishi, Jungheinrich) & Hawker product lines in an assigned territory. This position will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers to meet or exceed the sales volume objective, achieve an acceptable profit margin, and to create and maintain a favorable corporate image. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the local territory Sales Representatives.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Manage business relationships to drive strategic growth objectives

• Lead a team of Account Managers to drive overall company goals

• Lead an existing market with ethics, integrity, and a strong sense of competitiveness, while representing best in class products

• Conduct effective sales efforts, recommending sales policies as requested by the Director of Sales and VP

• Initiates sales orders and collaborates with sales personnel to process

• Serves as company representative while contributing to RION Equipment promotion activities

• Cooperates with other departments of RION Equipment to ensure that all customer needs are met

• Remains informed on Logisnext & Hawker product lines and competitive equipment
