- Responsible for all sales within the specified region for both Rehab and Pharmacy.
- Responsible for building relationships with potential customers and pertinent industry contacts.
- Attending all industry related trade shows, association conferences, and related events as related to your territory
- Maintain pertinent records in CRM
- Leads the sales process with target customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills required
- Ability to communicate clinical information to non-clinical users
- Strong knowledge of project management principles

- 3 years or more of previous sales experience
- Reside in Omaha Nebraska Metro area and be willing to travel up to 75% of time for business purposes
- Rehab/Pharmacy sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required

The Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to grow a pipeline of potential customers in the area assigned to support accomplishment of Consonus sales goals. They are responsible for working directly with the VP of Sales in the execution of our customer plans and, as appropriate, supporting the sales process.
