    The Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS) is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in Philadelphia to thrive. Collaborating with various groups, DBHIDS ensures accessible, effective, and culturally competent services for those in need.

    As a Business Intelligence Developer (BID) in our team, you'll be at the forefront of developing and supporting operational and analytical reporting solutions using cutting-edge technologies. You'll collaborate with a talented group to create and maintain reporting solutions, acting as an expert in business intelligence tools. Your role will involve:

    • Using BI platforms and reporting tools to deliver solutions aligned with our vision.
    • Collaborating with different teams to enhance BI capabilities and meet stakeholder needs.
    • Working with data warehouse environments for analytical reporting solutions.
    • Analyzing requirements and ensuring data quality.
    • Monitoring and optimizing reporting applications for improved performance.
    • Supporting multiple teams and projects while managing priorities.

    This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a service-oriented mindset. You'll need to take ownership of tasks, resolve issues effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with others.

    Essential Functions:

    • Lead development of reporting solutions in an enterprise data warehousing environment.
    • Provide support for BI platforms and tools.
    • Assist in creating and maintaining applications for reporting and analysis.
    • Support data integration initiatives.
    • Conduct research on BI and data management topics.

    Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficiency in SQL.
    • Knowledge of various data modeling and management tools.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to design and implement efficient database solutions.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Capacity to analyze problems and propose solutions.
    • Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Three years of experience in BI and reporting solutions.

    Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
