We're currently looking for a US-based RevOps Manager to help us continue to become smarter, more efficient, and more strategic about our sales process.

Your background:

Experienced in RevOps/SalesOps:2-5 years of experience in RevOps or SalesOps

Salesforce Expert:there's no way around this one - our entire GTM organization and methodology is built around Salesforce.

Knowledgeable about PRM Systems: we are onboarding more and more channel partners in the US, and it's critical that they are able to seamlessly integrate with our systems.

US-based: ideally in the Northeast, where our team is clustered. You'll be working closely with the RevOps team based in Germany as well.

Advanced Spreadsheet User: analyzing large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets is second nature to you, and you are able to use them to drive your point across to senior management.

Data-Driven Analyst: able to conduct business analyses and generate actionable insights from them. You also have experience in BI tools, such as Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).

Skilled Communicator: excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Process Innovator: Passion for driving productivity, improving processes and using data to drive results.

Strategic Thinker: an ability to think strategically, act tactically and write effectively.

Familiar with SaaS: knowledge of SaaS metrics and signals used to drive growth and efficiency in a GTM organization.

Team Player: Enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the business.

Detail-oriented:exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


You'll stand out if you have:

  • MarketingOps experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce's Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce's Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
  • Experience with CPQ (ideally, DealHub).
  • A good understanding of relational databases and how they work.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with our Channel Partnerships team to implement and manage usage and adoption of our PRM system by our channel partners.
  • Partner with our Marketing team to create a welloiled Marketing Automation engine.
  • Track and analyze key metrics ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting.
  • Develop presentations that analyze and provide recommendations for GTM leaders and teams.
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Implement and manage improvements to Salesforce and other GTM tools, ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
