    Description
    **JOB DUTIES: Responsible for working within the framework of a team on technical projects and requirement-gathering sessions. Execution on detailed application design and architecture concepts, performs research, evaluates relevant technologies, and presents alternative solutions. Document and perform unit testing of software in SAP to ensure it meets the end-users needs and achieve Peabodys goals. Assist in the technical aspects of all project deliverables, provide technical guidance as necessary, and manage various development tasks related to Peabodys projects and ongoing support to the organization. Work with Business Analysts, IT Project Managers and Business Users to evaluate business requirements and processes to provide possible solutions and accurate estimates for development efforts. Design, develop, test, debug and document as they relate to creation or change of SAP technical objects (RICEFWs). Implement new software releases into operational environment using the controlling processes of Change Management. Investigate and model complex business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques. Responsible for monitoring and supporting day-to-day issues for the programs deployed. Coordinate with other functional, development and business teams in issue resolution. Keep current with new SAP ABAP programming developments to ensure that functionality is implemented in the optimal manner.

    **JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or related and 7 years of experience in SAP development.

    Experience to include 7 years in the following:

    Applications systems design and development or in supporting and maintaining existing systems using SAP-ABAP programming language; SAPABAP, Smart forms, Batch Data Communications (BDC), Interfaces, Module pool, SAP Scripts, Workflows, SAP reports, Cross Applications, and Customer/User exits; Unit testing and UATs (User acceptance tests); and ABAP Test Cockpit, and code adaptation techniques.

    Domain experience with SAP function areas SD, PM, HR, FI, MM, PP and Pricing. Utilizing SAP-ASAP or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

    Experience to include 4 years in the following:

    ABAP Code remediation, and ABAP migration tools; Utilizing HANA DB to evaluate performance; Eclipse; and Web Services, Fiori, Interfaces, OData, and HANA technologies to include CDS, AMDP, and HANA migration.

    Developing PTP, HTR, OTC Data models and VOFM routines.
