My name is Margarita Grossenheider, and I am excited to apply for the Spanish Teaching position at St. Joseph's Academy. I am a qualified and experienced Spanish teacher with four years of experience teaching Spanish to students of all ages and levers. I hold an Associate's degree in general studies and am very close to graduate in Spanish Language and Literature from Arizona State University.
My teaching philosophy is based on creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that allows students to develop their language skills through meaningful and authentic communication. I am passionate about promoting cultural understanding and diversity through language learning, and I strive to make my lessons relevant and applicable to real-life situations.
In my previous roles as a Spanish teacher, I have consistently received positive feedback from students and colleagues alike. I have a proven track record of implementing effective teaching strategies that have resulted in significant improvements in student performance and engagement.
