    job summary:
    Responsibilities:

    • This position is on the Loyalty and Rewards team. As a Lead Application Development Engineer, this position is responsible for not only their own code but also the oversight responsibilities of other developer's code as well. This position will need to
    • Development new and maintain existing rewards within the application.
    • Participate in Code Reviews.
    • Participate in all Agile Ceremonies
    • Participate in future state design and technical roadmap discussions.
    • Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
    • As a Lead level position, we are expecting this individual to get up to speed quickly and be able to work independently once up to speed.
    Required Skills/Experience:
    • GoLang
    • ETL processing, Kafka
    • MongoDB / Postgres
