Job Description As an experienced expert, you will support our sales representatives in the St. Louis area in expanding and developing the market in close cooperation. You will be the competent contact person for our customers for long-term collaboration. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving building safety, particularly in ventilation systems.

You will independently conduct inspections of safety systems such as ventilation systems, CO warning systems, smoke and heat extraction systems, and fire extinguishing systems according to building regulations.

You will also be responsible for conducting pre-commissioning and recurring inspections of building systems. This role requires independent and self-directed work in your region.

Qualifications A degree in building services engineering or a related field is preferred. Technical training is advantageous. You should have several years of professional experience as a certified expert in building, ventilation, and fire protection technology.

Ideally, you should also have recognition as a testing expert for ventilation systems, CO warning systems, smoke and heat extraction systems, and fire extinguishing systems, or be willing to undergo training in these areas.

Several years of experience in planning, construction, maintenance, or operation of ventilation systems and building services is desirable. Good knowledge of building regulations and building technology standards is also beneficial. You should have a self-directed work style and excellent organizational skills. A confident demeanor, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in German are required. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
