    Description
    Ten Thousand is looking for a Retention Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team.

    You will focus on developing and scaling Ten Thousand's efforts mainly in email, SMS, and loyalty and be in charge of executing day-to-day marketing campaigns from briefing to deploying to reporting.

    ResponsibilitiesManage Ten Thousand Lifecycle marketing channelsAssist in defining a best-in-class lifecycle marketing program and executing programs including advanced automations, behavior-based triggers and workflows, segmentation and personalization for both marketing and transactional campaignsLead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Lifecycle marketing campaigns, from building briefs for the creative team, reviewing deliverables, QA, requesting approvals, and deploymentManage lead generation and capture programs, subscriber growth and retention, and advanced segmentation based on past behavior and traits.

    Experience with SMS, Direct Mail, Referral and Loyalty programsDevelop and execute A/B testing roadmap to optimize campaigns towards program goals of driving revenue, customer satisfaction, increasing community engagement, and driving repeat purchase behaviorEmail & SMS channel performance reporting, conducting analyses, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to continually improve performance and advance towards program goalsMonitor campaign deliverability, IP health, and subscriber data hygieneWork closely with our in-house Creative team to maintain a healthy cycle of design performance feedback and iterative improvementCreate and communicate content (assets, copy, etc.) requirements to the Creative team for various scopes via a briefing process, and then coordinate handover and organizationCollaborate with our Development team to continuously improve integrations and the flow of information within our marketing technology stack (ESP, CDP, E-commerce platform, Internal applications).Frequently update (home page heroes, images on website, etc.) and building landing pages to optimize the Website experienceCreate and manage new products, styles, collection pages on ShopifyProject manage tasks with our dev agencyCreative frequent A/B Test ideas to optimize conversion rateRequirements1-2 years ideally as part of an Email Marketing program for a retail or e-commerce businessProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Excel, Google SheetExperience working with a major ESP and CRM tools and/or ShopifyBS/BA or comparable work experienceBonus PointsSome knowledge of and experience developing HTML/CSSKnowledge and experience with our tech stack: Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive, Yotpo, and Google AnalyticsWhat we're looking forExpert-level cross-functional communicator and collaboratorScrappy, action-oriented executioner with an unrelenting detail-orientation and obsessive organizationAn agile, adaptive team player that feels equally comfortable leading and contributing / supportingWhy Ten Thousand?Salary ($50k-$65k)A hybrid office policy (currently in office 4 days a week in FIDI)Comprehensive health and dental insurance with generous employer contributionsUnlimited PTOFree complimentary training gearCommuter benefitsHeavily discounted LifeTime Gym membershipFree coffee and snacksABOUT TEN THOUSANDThe only way to become the best is to work with the best.
