Description
Assist the Joe Coffee team in their daily activities and offer cross-channel marketing support across retail cafes, ecommerce, and wholesale channels.
- Develop and prepare marketing support tools, briefs, and decks for sharing across various departments.
- Create impactful copy and messaging in Joe Coffee Company's voice.
- Manage paid media campaigns and help design a path to growth and profitability amidst competition, limited budgets and constant change.
- Drive marketing initiatives by assisting in briefing, organizing, and executing activities.
- Assist in executing local retail marketing efforts, including local events, cafe events, and other projects as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team on new openings, developing marketing collateral and signage, and planning events.
- Provide marketing support through regular checkins with district managers, updating collateral and merchandise displays (especially for seasonal launches), and maintaining the visual appeal of cafes.
- Maintain an organized, uptodate asset library and coordinate the distribution of brand creative assets for internal and external partners.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes to ensure efficient and highquality execution of marketing tasks.
- Monitor project status and spending to ensure timely completion of all projects and deliverables.
- Collaborate with current vendors on projects, maintain strong vendor relationships, and source potential new vendors to support our brand's growth.
- Contribute creative energy to marketing projects by sharing your unique perspective and engaging in thought partnership where necessary.
- A minimum of 23 years of previous work experience within a relevant field is preferred
- Selfmotivated individual with the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Strong emphasis on excellent written and verbal communication skills, as extensive writing will be a significant aspect of the role across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and GSuite
- Team player with a positive attitude, proactive nature, and sense of accountability.
- Ability to adapt and adjust planned work based on analysis of work demands, competing priorities, and tight deadlines, finding the most effective and efficient means to accomplish tasks.
- Background in hospitality/coffee/food preferred but not required.
- Experience utilizing apps for marketing a plus
