Our Northeast division is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team located in our New York, NY office.
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Associate is to market and place new and renewal Property/Casualty business as assigned by the CMO.
The Marketing Associate is required to develop and maintain relationships with underwriters and management level employees at the various carriers and wholesalers with which Hub International Northeast currently or intends to do business.
Requirements include:
At least 1-2 years of experience in the Property/Casualty insurance business either with a broker or insurance carrier
4 year college degree
Knowledge and experience in the creation and use of data and Analytic tools and reports
Understanding of Property insurance, including placement of shared and layered programs and understanding/relationship with carriers focused in this space
Understanding of General Liability, Automobile, Worker's Compensation and Umbrella coverages
Department Account Management & Service
