We take care of our people so that you can do your best work. Sales Process SpecialistAnalyzes, reviews, and approves workers compensation risk for new clients, and annual workers compensation risk on existing clients for the purpose of renewals.
Analyzes, reviews, and approves health care risk for new clients, and annual health care risk on existing clients for the purpose of renewals.
Analyzes and reviews all pricing based on review criteria to provide competitive rating on new and existing clients. Develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases for analysis and interpretation of data relating to direct cost pricing. Manages lost prospect surveys and data compilation. Analyzes and organizes data to make recommendations. Audits census received from Sales personnel. Audits and documents changes made by Sales personnel after census submission. Processes enrollment fee checks in order for Sales personnel to receive commission. Generates sales numbers for reports. Calculates bid information manually. Generates, compiles and creates sales activity numbers. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred. Five years of experience in related field is preferred. Skills Proven problem solving skills. Proficient in using Word and Excel; working knowledge of database computer programs. Able to plan and organize workflow under narrow time limitations.Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
