LifeGift is currently looking for an In-House Donation System Specialist - Night Shift with a passion for building relationships who wants to foster positive communication and develop strategic plans to help achieve our goals at a high donor potential hospital.

Do you possess the attributes to be a successful In-House Donation System Specialist and perform these essential functions?

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hospital staff involved in the donation process, ensuring positive engagement and accountability for donation outcomes.
  • Conducts daily rounds in all pertinent units to ensure timeliness of referrals while also following up on active referrals, providing feedback, and resolving any potential issues or barriers in the donation process.
  • Collaborates with hospital partners to develop, execute, and evaluate strategic plans designed to optimize organ and tissue donation.
  • Plans and implements educational programs for all hospital stakeholders.
  • Collects, analyzes, and reports data to key hospital staff and LifeGift leadership to drive improvement and utilizes this data to drive quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.
Do you have the education and experience to be an In-House Donation System Specialist?

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a fouryear college or university, or a combined total of 5 years education and experience in healthcare, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of OPO or healthcare experience preferred. Must be able to interpret and synthesize clinical information from medical charts.
  • Experience in public speaking, sales/marketing, data analysis, and/or strategic planning preferred.
