    • This position is onsite and comes into the Longwood, FL office five days per week.
    • The typical hours for this position are 8:30 a.m. ET to 5:30 p.m. ET.

    HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

    Temporary worker will assist multiple operations teams with administrative and clerical tasks, such as: opening incoming mail, scanning documents into appropriate scan bins, processing of outbound mail, and cataloguing vaulted documents. Additionally, temp will assist with basic and routine administrative functions within Salesforce, such as: account updates, case routing, etc. Lastly, temp will assist the Account Services team performing transfer follow-ups by calling contra custodians.

    IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

    • Highschool Diploma or GED
    • 0-2 years of applicable experience
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and perform administrative tasks accurately.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and follow team lead directions
