The Operations Specialist is a non-exempt position responsible for the day-to-day administrative

management of the center. This position works collaboratively with the center leadership to ensure

excellence in delivery and execution of daily operations.


Responsibilities:


Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain center master schedule
  • Ensure CentralReach data elements remains updated and accurate. Examples of data
elements of focus include schedule changes, timely conversion of appointments, pipeline

dates in metadata fields, client and staff profiles, documentation management reports etc.,

daily.

  • Accountable for administrative activities within the center including but not limited to
answering the phone, ordering office supplies and materials, scanning, faxing, and/or

uploading documents, keep the center clean and tidy, and running errands.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Care Coordination, HR, LPD, credentialing) for
onboarding and maintenance of accurate and complete documentation for all clients and

employees

  • Works with facilities team to address center needs and coordinate vendor visits as warranted.
  • Greet clients, employees, and visitors and answer questions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with authorizations team and work with the Support Services team when
authorization issues arise.

  • Collaborate and build rapport with clients and employees to improve the likelihood of best
possible outcomes.

  • Follows all policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentially and mandated
reporting standards as set by the Clinical and Compliance team.

  • Per the directive of Washington Governor Jay Inslee, all health care providers in the private health care sector must be fully vaccinated by 10/18/21. This includes most employees, contractors, volunteers, and other positions that have any onsite presence.
