:The Operations Specialist is a non-exempt position responsible for the day-to-day administrative
management of the center. This position works collaboratively with the center leadership to ensure
excellence in delivery and execution of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain center master schedule
- Ensure CentralReach data elements remains updated and accurate. Examples of data
dates in metadata fields, client and staff profiles, documentation management reports etc.,
daily.
- Accountable for administrative activities within the center including but not limited to
uploading documents, keep the center clean and tidy, and running errands.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Care Coordination, HR, LPD, credentialing) for
employees
- Works with facilities team to address center needs and coordinate vendor visits as warranted.
- Greet clients, employees, and visitors and answer questions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with authorizations team and work with the Support Services team when
