Summary of Position Role/Responsibilities_
Under the direction of the Trip Support Manager, the driver will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport Avant Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to designated locations.
Duties include following traffic laws and company policies, maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of all vehicles, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all passengers.
The driver must also maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle inspections while demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

- Operate internal database systems and assist in maintaining confidential and employmentrelated data.
- Provide transportation to health care professionals safely to various employment related activities. Locations include but are not limited to the Social Security office, Department of motor vehicles, testing centers, airport, etc.
- Reporting any accidents or damages to the vehicle to the management immediately.
- During down times, and as directed by management, will perform other tasks such as cleaning vehicles, performing related errands office work, and assisting with tasks in other departments outside of Transportation.
- Create and update Market Analysis (MAP) and Client Resource Profiles (CRP) as needed.
What you will need:_
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
