Essential Functions & Basic Duties

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Operations Specialist to join our Advancement and Generosity team. In this pivotal role, you will support data analysis and operational needs, ensuring the smooth operation of our team. Your contributions will be vital to our data-driven decision-making processes and the efficiency of our events and donor management.


Key responsibilities include:

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Assist the Senior Director of A&G with data analysis.
• Generate various reports, including unacknowledged gift reports and donor lists.
• Maintain and update Thirdmill Analytics monthly.
• Handle data requests for events and donor management.

Communication

• Liaise with the HubSpot team for CRMrelated tasks.

Event Preparation

• Prepare materials and manage logistics for events.
• Assign and track constituents for events.
• Ensure followups and manage eventrelated data.

Meeting Participation

• Actively participate and contribute to regular team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be able to work onsite during normal hours (M-F, 8 am 5 pm) and be available outside normal work hours.
• US Citizenship or an active Work Visa required.

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
