    As a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator at Harmar, you will coordinate projects across IT using hybrid (Agile and waterfall) methodologies. You will work closely with various team members to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions by analyzing and documenting business requirements, and leading discussions to ensure successful project delivery. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about process improvement and automation and are looking for opportunities to be a leader, business analyst, and project coordinator.
    • Lead in business case and requirements development, requirements and process analysis, project creation.
    • Work with SMEs to gather requirements and other data for Business, Functional, or Technical Requirements documents.
    • Ability to simplify and translate complex business requirements into usable content for all audiences engaged in the project lifecycle.
    • Use Jira to build stories in partnership with IT team and business product teams.
    • Manage Jira boards and product backlogs; actively refining tasks as needed.
    • Build test cases and scripts for UAT. Run UAT for select projects.
    • Create execution plans for achieving the desired business outcomes.
    • Actively looks for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness
    Project Coordinating

    • Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to create project plans and schedules. Ensure plans are in line with the organization's overall strategic direction.

    • Monitor and track project progress, report project status to management and stakeholders, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and issues.

    • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors. Facilitate communication and track deliverables.

    • Assist with resource capacity planning and managing resource workload using project management tools.

    • Attend backlog meetings and assist in Sprint development.

    • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to successfully implement projects, including but not limited to product owners, information security, application development, QA, legal & compliance, customers, business stakeholders and management.

    Take proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed expectations

    Requirements
    • 3 years Business Analysis / 2 years Project Coordination or Management.
    • Experience in cross disciplinary hybrid (Agile/SCRUM & waterfall) technology projects and business analysis.
    • Strong technical and analytical skills. Understanding the Information Technology & Business Operations industries (Understanding of FDA compliance landscape a plus).
    • An understanding of ERPs and CRMS, as well as complex systems integration. Knowledge of Syspro or Salesforce is a plus.
    • High level experience with JIRA or similar project management applications is required. Including workflow automation and developing intuitive dashboards.
    • Project management software; MS Project and Confluence is a plus.
    • Experience with resource capacity planning.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels.
    • A team player who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members, sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project.

    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Project Management Certifications are a plus (Agile, SCRUM, PMP, JIRA,etc.)
