Estimating:

  • Ability to bid work and produce proposals efficiently and effectively.
  • Efficiently review bids with the Estimating Team.
  • Know your customer base and the number of bids needed to be produced to meet goals.
  • Maintain/update FollowUP CRM and Sales Driver Process.

Sales:

  • Work with FollowUp CRM and Sales Driver Process to ensure bids are followed up on.
  • Strategize and negotiate with customers to gain a competitive edge on bids.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development for customer development and maintenance.
  • Keep track of actual sales vs. sales goals, and identify opportunities to maintain sales goals.

Project Management:

  • Effectively and efficiently process contracts and necessary submittals.
  • Effectively and efficiently process office startup and other office paperwork (billings).
  • Effectively and efficiently process the necessary job start up and field paperwork.
  • Organize and participate in preconstruction meetings with Operations and Field Personnel.

Jobsite involvement:

  • Scheduling and coordination for successful job starts.
  • Jobsite visits scheduled with the Superintendents.
  • Jobsite visits scheduled at purposeful milestones.
  • Comprehend and have the ability to track production and obtain the amount earned.
  • Walk jobsite to observe that the correct scope of work is being followed.
  • Effectively checking in with customers during jobsite visits.
