Job Summary:
Duties:
- Coordinate projects and manage calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist in event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other office software
- Customer Service Oriented
- Creative mindset
- Billing entry experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
