Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate with project managers to order materials for the projects
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Conduct research and gather data to support project decisionmaking processes
• Assist with budget tracking and cost analysis
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including meeting minutes and correspondence
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team

Requirements:

• Knowledge in construction management or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
