    The Global MarTech drives strategic direction and solution enablement in support of Marketing Teams. Accelerating innovation and learning, advancing sales and delivery excellence with high-caliber Marketing Technology solutions including Adobe technology expertise. Focused on 4 go-to-market solution areas:

    • Experience and Content Management with a focus on Content Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management
    • Personalized Insights and Engagement with a focus on Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and Journey Orchestration
    • Digital Commerce with a focus on Experience Led Commerce and Product Information Management
    • Marketing Operations and Workflow with a focus on resource management, reporting, and approvals of content and data required to run Personalization and Campaigns at Scale.

    Seeking a passionate Senior Consultant or Principal AEM Architect to join the Global MarTech team.

    The Position

    • Responsible for understanding business problems and architecting solutions on an enterprise product platform
    • Interpret how to best apply the out of the box product to provide a solution; including finding alternative approaches that best leverage the platform
    • Use Agile techniques and are a part of a larger, cross-functional team
    • Architect and Implement the Adobe Platform to solve customer needs
    • Learn new platform capabilities and clouds to stay on top of the ever-growing product ecosystem

    Position Requirements

    • Ability to customize workflows and integration with other enterprise systems
    • Understanding of the declarative limits of the platform and knowledge of where and how code should be developed
    • Have implemented intermediate-level user stories with little or no additional oversight according to the enterprise products best practices
    • Experience developing and architecting applications, templates, and components for the AEM product, including exposure to AEM 6.x
    • Development background and experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Proven AEM Architecture experience
    • AEM certifications are a strong plus
    • Occasional travel as needed by the client

    Compensation and Benefits

Additional benefits such as a yearly $350 reimbursement account for well-being expenses and discounted insurance options for home, auto, and pets.

    Committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Targeted base salary range for a Senior Consultant is $110,000 to $203,000, and for a Principal is $122,000 to $225,000. Potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Salary range subject to change.
