    The Opportunity As a Digital Experience Manager for IT Applications at Nutanix, your main role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our employee-facing IT applications such as ServiceNow, Intranet, and Employee Bot.

    You will work closely with various departments, lead multiple projects, and manage a team of software engineers to ensure seamless support for these applications.

    IT Applications Team at Nutanix The IT Applications team at Nutanix, IT consists of 25 members spread across the US, Serbia, and India.

    This manager position in IT Applications team will manage 4-6 team members, and will focus on improving the digital experience of our employees.

    We prioritize maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team and this role will be crucial in ensuring team happiness and productivity while achieving company and team goals.

    Your Role + Take ownership of the day-to-day operational aspects of supporting employee-facing IT applications (ServiceNow, Intranet, Employee Bot) by effectively managing the team and ensuring smooth functionality.

    + Lead projects from start to finish, collaborating with multiple business functions to achieve coordinated efforts and successful outcomes.

    + Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production problems independently, serving as a trusted resource for the team.

    + Play a key role in mentoring and managing a team of engineers, providing technical leadership and guidance to foster their growth and development.

    + Collaborate with architecture and security teams to design solutions considering systems availability, application latency, and adherence to SLAs, ensuring the highest quality and performance.

    + Additionally, refine and implement development processes to enhance the team's efficiency and document and maintain standard operating procedures and team processes.
