We are looking for a strong and passionate Management of Change Leader.Description
This role includes designing and implementing a change management experience and framework for the L2C program.
This role will be responsible for defining, governing and driving how we deliver a highly effective MOC process and communication plan across multiple business organizations across HP.
This person will engage with employees across HP including operations, finance, sales, markets, executives and will ensure we execute change consistently but also customized to the impacted personas.
This person will oversee adoption of new managed solutions and digital solutions capabilities, tools, and processes. Plus, where needed, drive root cause analysis, removes roadblocks and ensures the program meets its adoption metrics.This role requires an exceptional level of communications, marketing, and planning skills in addition to a proven track record of managing multiple change projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate thinks strategically, communicates effectively, is well organized, detail oriented, proactive, and skilled in partnering with team members and leading cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilitiesDesigns and maintains the optimal change strategy for the L2C program
Maps and understands the journeys of impacted personas
Ensures full stakeholder mapping and governance for change
Manages stakeholder communication and involvement to maximize program understanding and commitment
Engage across all workstreams to track progress, change actions and results
Monitors adoption and recommends strategies to overcome adoption roadblocks
Drives a mindset of transformation and change
Works closely with the L2C workstreams leads and engages directly with business owners and stakeholders
Collaborates with the Transformation Management Office Change Experience team
Enables employees to embrace and adopt new ways of working and operate in a new environment
Experience, knowledge & skills
Proven track record driving successful change experience and ability to develop methods for supporting innovation and change across the company
Ability to engage with all levels at the company and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
PROSCI and/or ADKAR certification is a plus
High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently and manage project objectives autonomously
First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function.
