Facilitate Salesforce user support for our sales team members.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to quality check system changes pre-deployment.

Identify and propose improvements to business systems to drive usability and efficiency.

Create and maintain go-to-market reporting for our Sales and Marketing teams.

2+ years working for SaaS company.

Salesforce certification not required, but you should be able to answer questions you'd typically find on a Certified Member (level 1) test.

Experience supporting B2B sales representatives.

High degree of comfort explaining concepts like sales development, demo handoff, inbound vs. outbound, etc.

Creative and structured problem-solving approach.

Comfort operating in high-pressure environment.
