    **IT Support Specialist**

    San Francisco, CA / Engineering IT / Full Time

    **ABOUT THE ROLE**

    As a core member of our Corporate IT team, you will support our end users to ensure they have access to effectively and efficiently deliver services to our platform members. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate knowledge of the industrys best practices and have a professional track record of effective technology support, device lifecycle management, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems. With this focus, you will be key in supporting our day to day IT operations, such as equipment provisioning, user access management, endpoint maintenance, & contributing to the overall improvement of our IT stack. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    + Respond to general IT requests from members of Vidas workforce

    + Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues related to internal IT

    + Provision new hire IT resources, hardware, applications, and SaaS applications

    + Monitor our information technology systems to ensure they are performing and configured correctly, fixing any issues identified and carrying out upgrades as necessary

    + Contribute to larger IT projects to improve our end user IT experience, investigating new systems and services that can make our organization more efficient

    + Help to develop training materials for new hires related to Vidas IT onboarding experience

    **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

    + Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in Corporate IT

    + In-depth knowledge of provisioning, monitoring and supporting Macbook and Chromebook devices

    + Hands on experience with managing company-wide IT services such as MDM and SSO

    + Real experience with SaaS technologies : Okta, Google Workspace Administration , Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, Cisco Meraki as examples

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

    + Some prior experience or knowledge of working in a healthcare environment along with understanding the requirements under HIPAA for protecting sensitive data is preferred
