    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Provide end-user support for a broad range of laptop and mobile computer hardware and software. Software support includes both proprietary and vendor software solutions for the advertising / marketing industry. This position relies on the use of defined issue resolution techniques, procedures, and a variety of routines to handle and resolve issues. The Support Specialist is expected to scope out the End User's computing environment and work towards a timely issue resolution. Many end users rely significantly on their computer, mobile device, and other technology and therefore, timely issue resolution is critical.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Experience & Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer related field preferred.
    • 2+ years equivalent End User computer support work experience required.
    • Must be knowledgeable in Windows and be capable of demonstrating that knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Apple products.
    • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
    • Ability to manage projects, manage multiple tasks, and work within a team.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills (both verbally and in writing).
    • Ability to handle stressful situations.
    • Must be organized and detailed oriented.
    • Demonstrated teamwork, customer satisfaction, problem solving, communication and business knowledge are skills critical to the success of this position.
    • Must have the ability to prioritize, schedule and report progress.
    • Windows 10, Apple OSX10.14 and above
    • O365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
    • Internet Browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, FireFox, Chrome, Edge)
    • Laptops (Dell, Apple)
    • Cloud: OneDrive, SharePoint
    • Troubleshooting remote access & network issues
    • LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Network Printing
    • Mobile Devices / Video Conferencing (Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
    • SOX Compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
    • Customer focused, Problem solving, Attention to detail
    • Teamwork, Communication - listening and speaking.
    Physical, Travel & Other Requirements:
    • Fully on-site in Salt lake City, Utah
    • Must be able to lift and move equipment as necessary up to approximately fifty (50) pounds
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

    SALARY RANGE:

    The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
