    Job Title:
    Senior Product Manager - Connected Vehicle Safety

    HAAS Alert is a pioneering technology company leading the charge in transforming emergency vehicle safety.

    Specializing in innovative solutions for connected vehicles, we are committed to enhancing safety, efficiency, and communication for emergency responders and road users alike.

    As we expand and innovate, we seek an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead our product team.

    This role is for those who thrive in the trenches of a scaling startup.

    You'll be the vanguard of our product management team, with the opportunity to shape and expand it as we grow.

    As the Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product vision, strategy, and execution, collaborating closely with customers, internal teams, and market trends to craft groundbreaking solutions for connected transportation globally.

    Market Research and

    Customer Insights:
    Conduct thorough market research to discern customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
    Garner valuable customer insights through direct engagement, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to inform product evolution.
    Foster close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of the product roadmap.
    Product Development and

    Lifecycle Management:

    Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.


    Team Leadership and Development:
    Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and growth.
    Champion a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and professional development.
    Demonstrated track record of leadership in Product Management, with a history of successfully launching innovative products.
    Deep understanding of connected vehicle technologies, IoT, and emerging trends in automotive and public safety sectors.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with previous experience owning product ownership entirely.
