We are partnering with a leading sustainable energy company based in Germany to find a highly experienced professional to join their sales team in a key position.
Your Role:
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into live trials and closing deals within the renewable energy sector. Working closely with our dynamic marketing team, you will ensure our market credibility and receive full support from our commercial team to efficiently navigate the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate leads, driving them towards live trials and successful deal closures.
- Utilize market research and analytics to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the entire sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with initiatives to enhance market credibility.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in trading solutions in the (renewable) energy markets.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals, showcasing exceptional persuasion skills and a commanding presence.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the renewable energy market and AI solutions (background in strategy, analytics, or finance is advantageous).
