    Description
    Are you passionate about building products from scratch? Are you ready to manage a product that influences healthcare and transforms the patient experience? Are you hopeful about what data and medical research can do to improve medicine?

    PatientIQ is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who can lead the development of an early stage data platform from inception to launch and through the entire product lifecycle.

    As a member of the PatientIQ product team, you will partner with an engineering manager and a team of engineers, to create a new core parts of our platform.

    Develop a deep understanding of our customers and how they use our product through internal feedback, data, and regular interaction with users.

    Construct a product plan in a hypothesis-driven, data-informed written narrative that aligns with the business strategy and OKRs.

    Empower a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Designers, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and others to plan and execute impactful work.

    Lead the product development ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, design reviews, retrospectives, and any ad hoc meetings needed to support the team.

    Collaborate with design on problem and solutions discovery efforts to validate product plans, including prototype testing, user testing, and user research.

    Organize product launch activities, including planning milestones, preparing internal teams, and gathering feedback.

    Contribute to all product evangelism efforts, including writing release notes, demoing to internal teams, providing status updates, and attending customer calls.

    Demonstrated ability taking new products to market and managing them through the full product lifecycle.
    Experience building modern, external (customer-facing) data products. Strong skills in data analysis, and thorough understanding of data engineering concepts.
    Experience working with clinical data, including a strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare data standards (e.g., Experience making data-driven product decisions and owning the outcomes of those decisions.
