    Position: Senior Associate Brand Manager

    If you excel at spotting trends, setting ambitious goals, and staying up-to-date on market needs, this role is for you. As the Senior Associate Brand Manager, your responsibilities include leading marketing planning and execution for the Huggies diapers business in the US. You will drive key initiatives for the Huggies brand, working closely with various teams within Kimberly-Clark. Your role involves:

    • Leading project and marketing efforts to boost the brand's position in the market
    • Developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with brand strategies
    • Contributing to brand commercial programs
    • Analyzing consumer data and sales reports to track brand performance and ROI
    • Translating brand strategy and marketplace trends into actionable guidance
    • Implementing distribution, packaging, and merchandising strategies
    • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive brand growth
    • Identifying consumer insights and trends
    • Conducting analysis to enhance brand strategies

    • Ability to work across functions and drive projects collaboratively
