Founder and pastor of Missio Dei Lincoln Square, I am a leader for change and a resourceful enterpriser. My passion is depositing life into people one relationship at a time in order to develop a sustainable system to make the world a more just society. I affirm every single person has immeasurable value yet the pain of a world where so many have their inherit dignity questioned motivates me to give voice to the voiceless.

Over 18 years, I have helped each organization bring numeric and quality growth, strategic thinking, leadership development, and excel in creating a culture of trust and commitment. I am also a speaker, facilitator, and coach - holding empathetic space for people to experience their current reality so they can be transformed for good. 

I hold a Masters of Divinity from Samford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UAB.

 • Started a community based nonprofit from scratch attracting millennials to spirituality and justice work, leading stakeholders to a 90% retention rate and volunteer engagement with over 20 unique non-profits in Chicago. • Utilized human-centered design thinking to facilitate team collaboration for project defining, analyzing, refining and implementation. • Raised start-up funds of $250k through relationship management in addition with leading annual capital campaigns across teams and divisions, raised a total of approximately $1.68M in total revenue with over 6 month expenses in reserve. • Delivered over 500 unique presentations to groups of various sizes focused on intersection of faith, justice, and mental health from 25 to 450 people and of various economic and cultural backgrounds ranging from C-Suite executives to rough sleepers. • Developed a marketing and communication strategy across social media platforms and oversaw Go-To Market execution for critical events. • Developed annual fundraising campaigns, oversee event management, and utilized moves management techniques to maximize donor’s partnership. • Assisted in restructuring organization from one senior leader to a cross-functional matrix model of four senior leaders which resulted in internal support programming of leadership development, an internship program, and a generative fund for supporting de-invested communities. • Recruited, developed, and empowered a board of directors to focus not he growth and health of the organization. • Designed and implemented an internship program for 4 interns by writing curriculum, providing scholarships and training them for career & workplace advancement • Assessed, coached and resourced a new campus start-up which provided 25% growth in attendance.
