    Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, IT
    • Supply Chain Planning Capabilities to join our team As a Senior Manager, IT you will be working on some of our top initiatives, owning the delivery of Supply Chain Control Tower solutions and owning platforms that deliver value to our business partners.
    This is a role for owners, those who are looking to make a clear impact and deliver value for Kraft Heinz. The Sr Manager sits within a Global team as a heavily matrixed IT organization.

    The role will follow standard processes to scope, plan, and deliver solutions to support Kraft Heinz business needs and our strategic roadmap for prioritized initiatives for Supply Chain Planning.

    You will partner with cross-functional collaborators and IT functional and technical teams.

    This role reports to the Associate Director
    • Supply Chain Planning Capabilities.

    Essential Job FunctionsBeing the IT technical lead within a cross-functional POD, passionate about developing Control Tower capabilities for KHCBuild collaborative relationships with key Supply Chain partners, driving priorities aligned to business goals, presenting and prioritizing implementation achievements, and gaining consensus from functional leadership teamsGain a deep technical understanding of IT Supply Chain Planning Capabilities products and platforms and drive the technical direction of these products and platforms on behalf of the teamPossess understanding of the business processes and data demonstratedDecompose large, sophisticated projects and break them down into manageable detailing technical requirements/functional specifications, and then driving the delivery in a successful and timely manner.


    Included within this is:
    The definition and documentation of the conceptional solution, participating in the architecture design review and working to achieve sign-off with technical and financial partnersDrive program schedules from design to launch, communicating with team members and senior leadersWork with user communities to drive adoption and ensure value realization of the project and programs implementedPartner with business and technical delivery teams to develop, maintain, and implement a capability roadmap across IT Supply Chain Planning Capabilities products and platformsThrive and succeed in an innovative environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting prioritiesOversee the operations management of strategic platforms, working with support partners to define KPIs, and report out on performance

    Required Qualifications:
    Advanced years experience in IT Program and Portfolio and Project Management skills:Experience with Applied formal Solution Delivery MethodologyStandard IT Artifacts and Deliverables by Team/Role and by Project cycle/PhaseRequirements and use case definition/mapping and traceabilityUnderstanding of common functional and technical requirements across a matrix IT organizationTask and Deliverable-based WBS/project plan development, executionAgile and Waterfall processes (SAFe PO/PM Certification preferred)


    Scope, Cost, Resource and Schedule ManagementProject Metrics and ReportingProven blend of business and technical capabilities, business operating models and underlying technical architecturesOutstanding relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally)Experience working with IT Procurement and developing SOWsExperienced with project management tools (e.g.

    , JIRA, ServiceNow)Operational problem solver who is constantly seeking to learn new things and drive continuous improvementsWhat will put you ahead:
