I worked within the Humana business healthcare benefits line of business. My responsibility was to improve the user experience for the B to B, customer facing and internal applications used to sell insurance and track client sales.
• I lead the creation of early design sketches and end state vision/design prototypes to help inform the Product Manager, Business Analyst and Business partners.
