We're searching for an enthusiastic and goal-driven business development leader to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will find it fun to network, market, and build relationships to increase business with our industry partners.
Preferred candidate locations:
Dallas, TX; Lake Forest, CA; Chandler, AZ.
Responsibilities:
Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with real estate agents and various other referral partners
Attend sales meetings and networking business functions to promote brand awareness
Manage accounts and expand business relationships
Present strategies and training to our referral partners for increasing sales
Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
Work closely with Social Media team in creation of digital and social media marketing content to increase business
Potential to manage team of mortgage professionals, including sales and operations support
Qualifications:
Strong personal and business relationship skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
Proven track record of success with 10+ years of experience in a mortgage sales or mortgage business development position
Experience with Mortgage Purchase market and marketing techniques
Experience and ability to develop new relationships
Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, preferably Velocify, and working knowledge of Encompass is helpful
Preferred bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Excel helpful
Ability to travel as needed
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
