- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.

- 7-12 years of leadership experience in a Sales or comparable role
- Thorough knowledge of all operational functions and experience leading the goal-setting, compliance, and training initiatives for a sales organization
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain new regional leaders and branch offices in emerging markets
- Well-versed in FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, VA and Niche guidelines, loan processing, and automation systems
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with various audiences, including senior leadership
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, strategic planning, and P&L management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to gather data from multiple sources, test assumptions, and evaluate alternatives before recommending action
- Ability to work in a team environment with demonstrated interpersonal, teambuilding, and motivational skills
