DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a team that embodies the startup spirit, we all work together on various tasks and projects.

However, your main responsibility will be to support our team with the following:


  • Innovation Management_
  • Assist in designing frameworks, workshops, and presentations using MS PowerPoint/Keynote to develop new strategies for our partners
  • Prepare documents (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) for executing the defined strategies
  • Event Planning and Marketing_
  • Create, organize, and maintain internal and external sales and marketing materials, such as presentation decks, case studies, competitive intelligence, and contact lists
  • Prepare documents for major events, including Deep Dives, EXPO, and meetups (all documents must be approved by Marketing before submission)
  • Schedule monthly team meetups
  • Confirm attendance of startups for the EXPO event, gather information for the EXPO brochure, and prepare corporate name tags and essentials
  • Administrative_
  • Order necessary materials and equipment from vendors and prepare purchase orders for accounting
