- Provides overall management and implementation of budgets and fiscal responsibilities.

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (ECE), child development, or a closely related field required. Master's degree in early childhood education, child development or related field preferred.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- At least five years of supervisory/program management experience
- Additional experience in and/or knowledge of:
- Training, coaching, or mentoring of adults
- Adult learning theory and practices
- Child development/early care and education
- ADHS/ADES child care regulations
- Indicators of quality in early care and education setting
- Curriculum and assessment in early childhood settings
- Community resources
- Previous experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Previous experience in program design and development.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Possess an insured & reliable vehicle and a valid AZ driver's license.
