    Description

    Summary:

    • CEI's Fortune 50 Client in Entertainment is adding a Sr. Product Designer to their Design Systems team
    • As a design systems designer, you'll be growing and evolving the client's design systems by researching and building components, championing design system adoption, incorporating accessibility, and ensuring scalability across products and platforms.

    Job at a glance:

    • Long term contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
    • $52 - $55/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
    • Hybrid position, working onsite Monday & Tuesday (subject to change) at 200 Celebration Place Celebration Florida 34747 United States

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with product designers, engineers, content designers, and accessibility specialists to enhance and expand design systems.
    • Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways that scale across multiple products and platforms.
    • Own design explorations on assigned tasks, identifying problems, ideating, testing, and integrating solutions that improve the broader user experience.
    • Build strong relationships with team members, leaders, and cross functional partners to drive collaboration and innovation on projects.
    • Contribute to scaling design systems across web, mobile web, and native apps (iOS and Android), and emerging tech platforms. May perform user design research.

    Required Skills:

    • 5+ years' experience as a multidisciplinary product designer with in-depth knowledge of UX best practices.
    • Proficiency in Figma: Using, building, or maintaining design systems libraries including UI foundations, components, variants, component properties, and patterns.
    • Strong communication skills
