The
Kitchen Customer Service Representative is responsible for
promoting and selling the diverse range of products and services offered by the company to both existing and prospective clients.

In this role, the representative will also demonstrate expertise in creating functional and aesthetically appealing kitchen spaces.

  • None.***
    Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Updates CRM system by entering prospect and customer information and documents all relevant interactions including followups.
  • Proactively leads showroom tours with prospective clients.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services that meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients when necessary.
  • Consult with clients to select materials and furnishings.
  • Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients.
  • Introducing the orders in the system, obtaining the client's approval, and collecting deposits.
  • Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
  • Follows up on claims for those orders already delivered which presented issues in coordination with the quality department.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship Management; resolves any issues that may arise postsale.
  • Supports Customer Service team.
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in company products.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use 2020 design software when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish and/ or Portuguese.***
    Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in interior design or related field required; coursework in computer
  • aided design (CAD) is highly preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience is required.***
    Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
