    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant - Starts/Closing Coordinator at Cristo Homes located in Cincinnati, OH. The Administrative Assistant - Starts/Closing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the start and closing processes, assisting with administrative tasks, managing documentation, maintaining records, and providing support to the team.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Process New Contracts
    • Send out all documents related to new sales to lenders, buyer, realtors and sales
    • Work with architect and engineer to get prints and plot plans
    • Send out receipts for all deposits
    • Submit plans to county/municipality for permit
    • Create start packs for supers once permits have been approved
    • Pay any inspection fees, CO fees
    • Work with Super at the end of construction to get CO/TCO and send to lender
    • Proficiency in company Sales software
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Escrow Tracking
    • Closing Coordinator
    • Slack Management
    • Main contact for Appraisers
    • Due Diligence on new properties
    • Main Contact on DocuSign both internal and external

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in an administrative role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
