    Talley Management Group, Inc. is an Employee-Owned AMCI Accredited Association Management Company. TMG provides full-service management to over 30 Associations and Societies.
    TMG is currently seeking a dynamic individual to serve as an Executive Director/Account Manager. This position will be assigned to a single client partner and have corporate responsibilities within Talley.

    Executive Directors/Account Managers at Talley are the leading edge of service delivery to our client partners and in day-to-day management of our employees.

    They are responsible for leading both our client partners and Talley into a successful, sustainable, and profitable future.

    This role would serve as a lead staff person overseeing delivery of service and staff assignments for one or several associations.

    This role will oversee a diverse team that will include TMG employees and possibly third-party contractors supporting the association. A successful candidate will have experience leading teams and working with volunteer leaders.
    Requirements

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Serve as an Account Manager for TMG client partner, maintaining positive relationships with client volunteer leadership
    Coordinate resources (both internal and external) required to meet the needs of the client
    Manage the client and team according to the agreed upon scope and resource assignments, making appropriate adjustments to workload and communicating any misalignment to internal and external stakeholders
    Fiscal responsibility for all client activities, budget preparation, explanation, and development.
    Supervise and direct the day-to-day administrative functions of the association and staff,

    Provide mentorship for staff assigned to accounts
    Ensure staff are adhering to company policy and client processes

    Timekeeping
    Expense Reporting

    Partner with the client volunteer leadership (President or Chair) to ensure ongoing meetings of the client leadership board

    Prepare agendas for the Board meetings and prepare meeting programs and related meeting materials.

    Participate in client committee meetings as needed
    Provide ongoing guidance to the client board to ensure ongoing progress towards the strategic plan of the association
    Oversee the corporate responsibilities of the associations (taxes, non-profit applications, bylaws, etc.)
    Oversee financial activities, including payment of invoices, budget preparation, monthly financial records, annual audit, etc.
    Manage and maximize profitability of client programs, including meetings, publications and other products
    Participate in internal TMG working groups and committees
    Provide oversight of Talley staff as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Effective written and verbal communications and ability to communicate well with all levels both within and outside the organization.
    Experience working with international stakeholders.
    Ability to manage remote and/or hybrid located staff
    Prior experience serving in an Executive or C-Level position within an Association
    Extensive Microsoft Office Experience.
    Association management software management experience.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.
    Well-developed interpersonal skills.
    Ability to communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders
    Ability to make clear, concise, and effective presentations.
    Strong understanding of managing finances.
    8+ years in Association Management
    Bachelor's Degree Or other equal professional experiences.
