Position Overview: Global Account Manager DACH

What will you do? As a Global Account Manager for the DACH region, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our German customers. Your main focus will be ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our products and services, while also seeking new opportunities to grow revenue within your accounts and contribute to the overall success of our Sales team.

Main Objectives:

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain the value of our products.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries.
Develop additional business with existing customers by keeping them informed of new product features and encouraging them to use our solution on a larger scale.
Achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall sales target of the team.
