    Job Description

    Wailian Education is a rapidly growing company in the education sector that focuses on providing top-notch educational solutions to individuals looking to pursue studies or careers in the United States. Currently, they are in search of a Bilingual (Mandarin & English) Education Program Coordinator to join their team based in New York City.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct in-depth research on education policies tailored to different programs; curate and refine information on various topics
    • Efficiently organize, coordinate, and implement project tasks while working closely with the Program Manager
    • Manage client relationships by introducing them to program services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups
    • Aid the Program Manager in the selection and assessment of tutor candidates
    • Develop marketing materials for diverse educational initiatives
    • Maintain regular communication and updates with the overseas team on project progress

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Hold a Bachelor's or higher degree, preferably in Education
    • Previous experience of at least 1 year in managing client relationships is advantageous
    • Capable of accommodating a flexible work schedule
    • Demonstrate exceptional writing, verbal communication, and presentation abilities
    • Proven track record of effectively collaborating in cross-functional teams
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results
    • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is essential
